Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Manager will oversee compliance functions to support the real-time payments business, managing a team that may work remotely or in shifts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience preferred with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Significant experience in commercial transactions and banking preferred.
• Understanding of MSB requirements.
• Ability to manage remote/shift workers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Professional AML/ATF accreditation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sanctions programs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience managing a team.
