The Compliance Manager will lead compliance operations and ensure alignment with international standards as Masabi expands globally.

• Lead the delivery of compliance programs across PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Maintain compliance calendar and manage evidence collection.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

• Keep Masabi audit-ready throughout the year.
• Support compliance education and awareness initiatives.
• Act as the go-to person for compliance questions.

Requirements

• Experience in compliance, audit support, or security governance.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Strong organizational skills in managing documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with compliance management tools and GSuite.
• Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a remote environment.
• Bonus for experience with auditors or assessments.
