Overview

The Compliance Manager at Guardant Health is responsible for ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations in the diagnostics industry, providing training, and managing compliance programs.

In Short

• Design and deliver compliance training for personnel.
• Assist in developing and maintaining compliance programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of compliance experience in medical devices or diagnostics.
• Juris Doctorate preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory and diagnostic regulations.
• Certification in Healthcare Fraud & Abuse Law Compliance preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in training and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA) a plus.
• Detail-oriented and accountable.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
