Requirements

• 3-5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile leader in a SaaS environment.
• Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with project tracking tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Skilled in coaching teams through change and complexity.
• Proficient in integrating AI tools for performance improvement.
• Demonstrated success in improving delivery speed and quality.
