Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master on behalf of and in support to our client based in The Hague, The Netherlands. This position is intended to be filled on a 100% off-site basis from anywhere within the EU.

In Short

• Organize and facilitate agile activities and ceremonies.
• Ensure meetings are productive and on topic.
• Collaborate with the product owner to manage the backlog.
• Coach team and Product Owner on agile practices.
• Track and radiate flow metrics for improvement.
• Champion adoption of agile standards and tools.
• Identify and resolve impediments to progress.
• Promote self-organizing teams and shared vision.
• Communicate with other Scrum Masters across the organization.
• Support the team in using agile planning tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree is a strong asset.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master at SM2 level or above.
• Scrum Master certifications: PSM II (or higher) and SAFe 5/6 Agilist.
• Experience leading production teams through sprint cycles.
• Experience with data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks.
• Tool proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto principles.
