Overview

The IT Scrum Master role requires extensive experience leading large projects and programs within complex, fast-paced organizations, utilizing various delivery models. The Scrum Master will contribute to the delivery of significant data and analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Scrum Master Certification preferred.
• 8-12+ years in project management capacity.
• High level understanding of data analytics tools.
• Essential SAFe experience.
• Strong familiarity with MS Office and Jira.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Experience in personnel management.
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
