Overview

The Scrum Master will organize and facilitate agile activities, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Scrum Master at SM2 level or above.
• Experience leading production teams through full sprint cycles.
• Scrum Master certifications: PSM II (or higher) and SAFe 5/6 Agilist.
• Good knowledge of facilitation techniques and agile metrics.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Experience coordinating cross-team work.
• Deep understanding of the Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto.
• Knowledge of team motivation and stakeholder engagement techniques.
• Ability to implement data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
