Overview

Aretum is looking for a proactive and dedicated Scrum Master to join our team on a contingent basis. In this role, you will be essential in guiding our Agile teams to improve their processes, enhance their productivity, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in the Scrum framework and your leadership skills will empower teams to achieve their highest performance.

In Short

• Organize, conduct, and schedule all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Train and coach team members on agile processes, methods, and tasks.
• Maintain and groom the backlogs for various projects.
• Manage agile artifacts within Azure DevOps.
• Track progress towards project delivery goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach teams and facilitate discussions.
