Overview

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating ceremonies and team delivery, helping to remove blockers and impediments, and coaching the team to higher levels of Scrum maturity.

Requirements

2 years of experience in app/web development teams
Ability to deliver within each sprint
Guide teams on self-organization
Strong ownership of projects and team performance
Knowledge of Scale Scrum framework
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
