Scrum Master - Remote

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of ELYON International. We are currently looking for a Scrum Master in Oregon (USA).

In this role, you will guide and coach teams to fully embrace Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring that projects are delivered with efficiency, quality, and alignment to customer needs. Acting as both a servant leader and a facilitator, you will empower cross-functional teams to continuously improve, remove impediments, and maximize value delivery. Beyond day-to-day facilitation, you will help drive organizational agility, support product owners in turning requirements into working solutions, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. This is a hands-on role with significant impact on project outcomes and team performance.

In Short

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support teams in following Scrum delivery processes.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine user stories and prioritize backlogs.
• Assist with traditional project management activities.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and impediments.
• Drive Agile best practices and support process improvements.
• Ensure technical debt is managed effectively.

Requirements

• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Knowledge of risk management practices.
