Scrum Master - Remote

Overview

The Scrum Master is responsible for mentoring and supporting application development teams in Agile Scrum within the IT Business Applications & Services team at Danaher Corporate. This position will be Remote in the US or Canada.

• Lead and coach agile teams to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous feedback.
• Provide support while challenging teams to excel.
• Coach team members on Agile and Lean best practices.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders for deliverables.
• Facilitate agile events like daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Identify, manage, and resolve impediments.
• Measure and report on Agile delivery metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and champion Agile practices.
• Work successfully with internationally distributed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering or similar technical degree.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management.
• At least 2 years as Scrum Master for engineering teams.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Agile Scrum Master certification preferred.
• PMP or similar Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience with Enterprise Applications development teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
