CRA Compliance Manager - Remote

Overview

The CRA Compliance Manager is responsible for planning and executing Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) initiatives within specified deadlines and budgets.

In Short

• Achieve CDFI objectives/mission of the bank including annual certification.
• Lead a team of CDFI support personnel for timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage and direct CDFI initiatives for Capital Magnet Fund and New Market Tax Credits.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies for CDFI and CRA initiatives.
• Collaborate with department leaders to assign tasks and set deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for board and executive leadership.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management.
• Monitor regulatory developments for CDFI and CRA initiatives.
• Collaborate with the bank’s affiliates.
• Participate in CDBA and other networks.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED Required.
• 4 Year college degree in business-related field preferred.
• 5 years CDFI and/or large bank CRA experience required.
• Superior skill set in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
• Deep understanding of loan products and available data.
• Demonstrated success in implementing regulatory change.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel user preferred.
