In this key position you will manage change for medium to large projects with some level on ambiguity that need shaping to meet stakeholders needs and lasting up to twelve months.
In Short
Provide leadership and direction throughout the project lifecycle from planning through to operational handover and business acceptance to ensure the project is delivered to time, cost, and quality;
Creation and management of Project Artefacts and put measures in place to manage quality and track against progress;
Management of obtaining required commercial approvals from senior Stakeholders to allow the project to continue progressing as planned;
Management of project resources and ensuring resource demand is planned in conjunction with PMO;
Build relationships engaging with stakeholders across different functions to facilitate change and effectively manage stakeholder relationships;
Develop and control project finances;
Proactively identify, manage, report, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies;
Provide regular comprehensive Project Reporting to stakeholders about project status, risks, mitigations, dependencies, and progress;
Requirements
Proven track record in successfully delivering medium - large IT projects.
