IT Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate key IT initiatives following a recent acquisition.

In Short

• 6 month contract with potential to hire.
• Manage multiple IT projects including MDM rollout and antivirus updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across global time zones.
• Oversee deployment of Mobile Device Management solutions.
• Ensure security and compliance in device provisioning.
• Develop communication plans for impacted users.
• Define testing plans for successful deployment.
• Provide post-implementation support through hyper-care plans.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience required.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or PMP methodologies is a plus.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of MDM solutions and SaaS application management.
• Experience managing global projects across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage change management and deployments.
