Overview

Dev Technology Group is looking for a strong Project Manager to support both Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and new development efforts for our federal government client. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem solving, finding solutions to complex business challenges and works well in coordination with other team members.

In Short

• Lead development teams and manage project requests.
• Gather requirements and create documentation.
• Work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Lead projects through agile methodologies.

• Ensure policies/security of project and contract.
• Coordinate with contractor and government Program Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile development experience.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from stakeholders.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams.
• Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical officials.
