We are seeking a highly qualified IT Project Manager to oversee complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations for a European Commission project.

In Short

• Draft proposals for project strategies, scope and planning;
• Define tasks and deliverables and review project deliverables;
• Lead project activities and perform project quality control, risk analysis, and management;
• Estimate costs, timescales, and resource requirements for successful project completion;
• Prepare and maintain project and quality plans, tracking activities against the plan;
• Manage and monitor budget, costs, risk, timeline, and resources;
• Manage change control procedures and gain agreement for revisions from project sponsors;
• Analyze business needs and ensure delivered systems meet specifications;
• Lead cross-functional teams in an international/multicultural environment;
• Prepare and present regular progress status reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT project management;
• Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management;
• Experience with risk analysis and management;
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements;
• Experience in business analysis and process improvement;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
