Overview

We are seeking a Test Manager to define, establish, and implement test strategies across IT and Change for SEL and SEBL.

In Short

Manage the test team to ensure a high-quality test service.
Collaborate with product owners and project owners.
Develop and execute new test strategies and plans.
Lead and set technical standards within the team.
Experience in Azure technologies is required.
Exposure to SDLC is essential.
Design test strategies including SIT, UAT, and NFT.
Manage both onshore and offshore testers.
Oversee testing activities from third-party vendors.
Flexible working options available.

Requirements

Substantial experience in a test lead role.
Ability to take the lead and set technical standards.
Experience with Azure technologies.
Knowledge of SDLC.
Experience in designing test strategies.
Management experience with onshore and offshore teams.
Ability to manage testing activities from vendors.
