Overview

Drive growth and performance across the SME market by leading a high-impact broker sales strategy. In this role, you will take ownership of a dynamic portfolio of broker relationships, ensuring partners clearly understand and champion our value proposition to unlock strong, sustainable growth. Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, you’ll deliver an exceptional onboarding experience, equip brokers with the tools and insights they need to succeed, and proactively identify opportunities to maximise sales performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Energy industry with knowledge of broker channels.
  • Proven sales or relationship management experience.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and commercial models.
  • Experience analyzing sales data and producing reports.
  • Ability to influence and engage partners effectively.
