Overview

This internship position involves supporting new business customers on a platform, ensuring their success through effective communication and content creation.

In Short

• Assist the team in helping new business customers start successfully on the platform.
• Create advertising content and optimize customer profiles.
• Manage customer posts and advertising spaces in the system, documenting progress.
• Communicate patiently with new customers, primarily via email and occasionally by phone.

Requirements

• Ideally, some experience in customer contact or content creation.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to create engaging texts.
• Pragmatic with a willingness to take responsibility.
• Quick to learn new tools.
• Experience with ChatGPT is an advantage.
• High quality standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
