In Short

• Support the Customer Service Lead in addressing customer inquiries about their pets and nutrition.
• Act as the first point of contact for our community via WhatsApp, assisting with questions about food amounts, subscription management, or technical issues on the website.
• Coordinate complex inquiries with the team to provide quick and solution-oriented help.
• Handle returns and refunds, coordinating with our logistics partner to ensure timely processing.
• Assist with customer data maintenance and analysis to continuously improve our service.
• Study veterinary medicine and have approximately 20 hours per week to support us flexibly.
• Passionate about holistic dog nutrition and health.
• Enjoy working with people and finding individual solutions to specific questions and problems.
• Structured and able to prioritize effectively.
• Proactive and willing to bring ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Must be studying veterinary medicine.
• Interest in holistic dog nutrition and health.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Love for dogs is a plus.
