Senior Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

In Short

• You coordinate and execute daily finance operations – from payments to ensuring smooth transactional processes.
• You perform pre-closing activities for the monthly close and coordinate the full closing cycle with our external accounting firm.
• You take ownership of cost controlling: ensuring accuracy of reports and proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
• You establish and optimize processes to make the finance function scalable.
• You monitor and manage cashflow on a daily basis and maintain a 13-week forecast.
• You act as the key contact point for external finance stakeholders and internal teams on finance-related requests.

Requirements

• You have a degree in Accounting/Finance/Management and at least 3 years of experience in finance.
• You have managed finance processes across the full cycle – from daily operations to monthly closings.
• You enjoy shaping finance through projects and automating processes.
• You’re comfortable in a dynamic setup and know how to push things forward.
• You work analytically, track and interpret key financial KPIs.
• You speak fluent English, with German knowledge as a strong plus.
