Our mission at HEY HOLY: to elevate the health of dogs through nutrition. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on breed-specific, functional food developed with veterinarians to ensure every dog can live a long, healthy life.

What started as an idea in 2022 is now a rapidly growing DTC subscription model serving over 20,000 dogs. Our team of 15 is set to grow to over 35 by the end of 2026 – now is the perfect time to join.

And that’s where you come in: You will support our HR manager, Dewi, in finding the people who will drive HEY HOLY forward. From the candidate journey to perfect onboarding – you ensure that talents are not only found but also excited about joining us.

In Short

• Support in creating and publishing job postings
• Assist in active sourcing – e.g., with InMail texts or target group research on LinkedIn
• Organize interviews, communicate with applicants, and ensure a smooth application process
• Contribute ideas for employer branding, talent pools, or recruiting campaigns
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling or onboarding

Requirements

• You are a student in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Business, HR Management, Communication Sciences, etc.)
• You are eager to gain practical experience in recruiting and HR – ideally, you already have some insights
• You speak fluent German and English – and can communicate independently with applicants
• You are well-organized, work systematically, and quickly adapt to new tools
• You are curious, proactive, and want to think and shape rather than just execute
