Working Student in Recruiting - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a working student to support our recruitment team in a dynamic and innovative environment.

In Short

• Support Practice Managers in filling various positions.
• Assist in the complete applicant management process from job posting to onboarding.
• Identify suitable profiles through active sourcing.
• Help develop recruiting strategies and optimize processes.
• Support planning and execution of recruiting and employer branding activities.
• Contribute to personnel planning and HR process design.
• Assist in advising employees and managers on HR and labor law issues.
• Coordinate with the Corporate HR department in Milan.

Requirements

• Enrolled student at a university or college.
• First practical experience in HR and online marketing is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
• Structured and conscientious work style.
• Independent, proactive, and motivated personality.
