• Support the sales department with tenders, presentations, and various tasks.
• Proactively identify and develop qualified leads and establish sustainable customer relationships.
• Monitor competition for strategic partner acquisition and identify growth opportunities.
• Implement and evaluate lead generation measures on digital channels.
• Assist in creating posts and landing pages.
• Regularly create sales/marketing performance analyses.
• Organize virtual events and assist in their preparation, execution, and follow-up.
• Participate in special tasks and projects.
• Ensure a consistent brand appearance in line with the current corporate design.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial experience in sales, ideally in SAP or IT.
• Confident and persuasive demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
• Structured and conscientious work style.
