Junior Consultant - Remote

Overview

The OPTITOOL team consists of specialized academics and IT professionals working in development, sales, customer support, and project management. We are software specialists for route planning and optimization, developing innovative solutions for the logistical requirements of all industries.

In Short

• Independent handling of work packages, sub-projects, and/or smaller projects
• Conducting customer installations, configurations, and module setups
• Conducting internal and external training sessions
• Managing project documentation tasks
• Supporting the internal company network

Requirements

• Completed training (IT specialists/IT system specialists) with professional experience or a completed degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge & experience in project management/software project implementation, possibly internationally
• Experience with IT systems, databases (MS-SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Agile, analytical, technical understanding
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Good English language skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness to travel
• Enjoyment of teamwork and enthusiasm for new challenges
• Creativity and quality awareness are essential for problem-solving
