In Short

• Lead, advise, and support the implementation of our dispatch software
• Conduct training for effective use of our software
• Analyze and optimize logistics processes for efficiency improvement
• Collaborate with the development team for software customization
• Maintain customer relationships through regular communication and participation in conferences and trade fairs

Requirements

• Completed training (IT specialists) with professional experience or completed studies in business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge and experience in project management / implementation of software projects, possibly also internationally
• Experience with IT systems, databases (MS-SQL, PostgreSQL)
• Agile, analytical, technical understanding
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good English language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel
• Enjoy teamwork and new challenges
• Creativity and quality awareness are part of your problem-solving approach
