Overview

As a Recruiting Working Student at Arbio, you will join a passionate team dedicated to enhancing the hospitality experience while supporting the expansion of our DACH markets.

In Short

• Support job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Help source and screen candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media, events).
• Keep our ATS (Recruitee) tidy and updated.
• Be part of improving the candidate experience end-to-end.
• Support team-wide recruiting projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• You’re currently enrolled in university (HR, Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar).
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and love working with people.
• You communicate clearly and professionally (in English, German is a plus).
• You’re curious to learn about recruiting and startups.
• You bring a hands-on, can-do attitude and enjoy teamwork.
