Accountant (w/m/x) - Remote

Join Arbio, an AI-enabled hospitality company, as we redefine the short-term rental industry across Europe. As an Accountant, you will manage financial accounting, contribute to internal reporting, and help optimize our accounting processes.

In Short

• Manage financial accounting including reviewing and posting transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts, manage open items.
• Perform fixed asset accounting and support financial statement preparation.
• Contribute to optimizing and digitizing accounting processes.
• Participate in building internal accounting structures.
• Collaborate with Controlling, HR, and external advisors.
• Support integration of new entities and harmonization of processes.
• Work with entities in Germany, Austria, and the UK.
• Fluent in German and English required.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Deep knowledge of HGB.
• Experience with DATEV Rechnungswesen.
• Expertise in financial process optimization.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Familiarity with LucaNet or similar tools is a plus.
• Certification as Bilanzbuchhalter is a plus.
