  • Execute the launch of an independent business unit with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Generate high-quality inbound sales leads through content, advertising, and partnerships.

  • Identify new commercial opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
  • Experiment with sales strategies to refine go-to-market approaches.
  • Apply growth hacking techniques to accelerate commercial expansion.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in high-performance environments (startups, consulting, etc.).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing across B2C and B2B channels.
  • Data-driven thinking with a focus on analysis and optimization.
  • Hands-on mentality with a capability to execute strategies.
  • German language proficiency (C1-C2).
  • Willingness to relocate to Berlin.
