In Short

Drive user acquisition and ecosystem expansion on our DeSci platform.
Own and execute a global growth strategy with deep APAC market penetration.
Grow platform activity through multi-channel campaigns.
Build strategic alliances across biotech, DeFi, and Web3 communities.
Represent BIO at global events.
Lead internal AI adoption and growth tooling.
Bridge traditional biotech stakeholders with Web3-native communities.

Requirements

8+ years in growth/marketing roles.
Proven success in Web3, tokenomics, and performance marketing.
Experience in Asia (Singapore, HK, Japan, Korea, or China) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of biotech and life sciences.
Team builder with entrepreneurial grit.
