Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Growth to lead our revenue growth initiatives, optimize our commercial strategy, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and expand into new opportunities while optimizing existing revenue streams.
  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive growth strategy.
  • Drive high-intent, high-quality traffic through various marketing channels.
  • Optimize conversion funnels to increase paid user adoption and revenue optimization.
  • Improve customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Leverage data-driven insights for pricing and customer segmentation.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing commercial and growth team.
  • Partner with Product, Finance, and Marketing to align business goals.
  • Advocate for customer-centric growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercialization or growth roles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and user acquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in subscription models and pricing strategies.
  • Willingness to be hands-on with a small team.

Benefits
