The Head of Growth at 1906 will architect and execute the strategy to scale the DTC business from $10M+ to $50M+ by 2027, owning acquisition, retention, conversion, and the full digital commerce experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in growth, digital marketing, or eCommerce.
  • Proven success scaling a DTC brand to $50M+.
  • Expertise with Shopify and Klaviyo.
  • Experience managing $10M+ annual marketing budgets.
  • Strong background in paid media and retention strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CPG, wellness, or lifestyle space preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
