Talent Acquisition Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Arbio, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business in the DACH markets by managing the full-cycle recruiting process and enhancing our employer brand.

In Short

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process across departments for mainly business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, scorecards, and interview plans.
• Source top talent via active search, networking, and talent pools.
• Build a strong employer brand and candidate experience.
• Track and report recruiting metrics for continuous improvement.
• Optimize and automate hiring workflows with our ATS (Recruitee).
• Lead strategic projects (e.g., DEI hiring, referral program, executive search).

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS and other Recruiting tools.
• Proven track record hiring for diverse roles, including tech and business.
• Ability to manage multiple processes at once and stay organized.
• Great communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Hands-on, proactive mindset and a drive to constantly improve.
