Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Team, either in a full-time or contract capacity. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the organization’s growth by leading full-cycle recruitment processes and serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across departments.
• Serve as a thought partner to hiring managers.
• Facilitate weekly search meetings.
• Conduct candidate screenings and participate in interview panels.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in recruiting.
• Proven success managing high-volume recruitment.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
