Orchestra is seeking its first-ever Head of Paid Media, a pivotal leadership role focused on developing and scaling a world-class paid media function across the entire Orchestra network.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in paid media strategy and management.
  • Strong agency experience in leadership roles.
  • Expertise in growth marketing and brand-building campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of martech and the digital ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Experience leading business development efforts.
  • Strong leadership skills and commitment to staff development.
