Vice President, Economic & Social Justice - Remote

Overview

BerlinRosen is seeking a Vice President to join our Impact Team to lead strategy and manage account teams advancing fights in areas including, but not limited to, workers’ rights, racial justice, economic justice, gender justice and environmental justice.

In Short

• Lead strategic conversations and advance communications strategy for multiple high-profile client accounts.
• Develop and oversee integrated campaigns leveraging public affairs, earned media, paid media, and digital tactics.
• Directly manage and mentor staff, providing strategic direction and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Impact management team to inspire innovation and creativity.
• Help win new business and expand relationships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience in political campaigns, government offices, strategic communications, or related fields.
• Strong news sense and knowledge of media.
• Experience maintaining relationships with key reporters on critical issues.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to social justice.
• Experience in advocacy communications and social media campaigning.
• Enjoys managing and mentoring a diverse team.
