• Skilled in developing recruiting and employer branding strategies.
• Strategic mindset with experience in building Talent Acquisition teams.
• Well-connected in HR and recruiting, aware of trends and best practices.
• Confident in stakeholder management and negotiations.
• Data-driven approach using KPIs to optimize processes.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
