This position offers a working student the opportunity to gain practical experience in Human Resources, focusing on HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.

• Salary: 13€ / hour
• 20 hours during lecture periods, up to 40 hours during semester breaks
• Own work notebook provided
• Remote work up to 3 days a week, on-site presence required in Weiden
• Workdays: Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Enrolled student, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or related fields
• Practical experience in HR through internships is preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
• Fluent in German (native level) and proficient in English
