Working Student (m/f/d) Recruiting - Remote

Overview

As a Working Student in Recruiting, you will support the entire applicant management process, from contacting candidates to processing applications in the system.

In Short

• Part-time position, 20 hours per week.
• Support in applicant management and maintain application channels.
• Post job advertisements on various portals and online job boards.
• Conduct interviews with candidates.
• Be the point of contact for applicants to ensure a good candidate experience.
• Maintain and update candidate profiles in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in social sciences, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in recruiting.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Structured working style and strong communication skills.
