Doctolib is looking for a working student in the area of Operations & Customer Retention to support our team in Berlin.

In Short

• Support the Customer Retention Team with administrative processes.
• Assist in case and customer assignment within the team.
• Maintain and update customer data in our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Identify and implement optimization potentials in the Operations Department.
• Handle outstanding identity and professional practice evidence from healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university full-time and available to work 20 hours/week.
• Interest in digitalization, especially in healthcare.
• Enjoy administrative tasks and work detail-oriented.
• Proactive and independent working style with a team-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
