Working Student in Operations & Customer Retention - Remote

Overview

Doctolib is looking for a working student in the area of Operations & Customer Retention to support our team in Berlin.

In Short

• Support the Customer Retention Team with administrative processes.
• Assist in coordinating work by assigning cases and customers internally.
• Maintain and update customer data in our CRM system (Salesforce).
• Ensure a smooth and efficient offboarding process.
• Help identify and implement optimization potentials within the Operations Department.
• Handle outstanding identity and professional practice evidence from healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a German university full-time and willing to support us for 20 hours/week.
• Interest in digitalization, especially in healthcare.
• Enjoy administrative tasks, work solution- and detail-oriented, and have technical affinity.
• Independent and proactive work style with a passion for teamwork.
• Fluent in German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
