Working Student: Project Management / Customer Success Management - Remote

Overview

We are looking for support in the area of project management, specifically for customer success management, at our digital consulting firm, Opus. This position can be done remotely or in our Munich office located in Schwabing.

In Short

• Daily communication with our software customers and supporting tasks as needed.
• Regular check-in calls with each customer to ensure everything is running smoothly and the customer is achieving their goals.
• Assistance in setting up the software and ongoing support for technical and content-related questions.
• Improving existing processes in fulfillment and actively contributing to the implementation and optimization of workflows.
• Identifying ways to better automate repetitive tasks and enhance customer support.

Requirements

• You are an organizational talent and can coordinate tasks well.
• You are social media savvy and have some experience in online marketing.
• You are communicative and enjoy talking to people.
• You work precisely, orderly, and have good time management skills.
• You speak fluent German.
