In Short

• Identify process optimizations and implement them independently or in a team.
• Manage your own projects from the initial idea to go-live.
• Help expand and develop the customer care system landscape regarding automation and AI.
• Support service provider management.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a German university for at least two semesters and available to support us 15-20 hours per week.
• Some experience in project and process management with the ability to drive topics independently.
• Communicative and empathetic, able to convince people of your ideas.
• Desire to leave a personal impact rather than just completing tasks.
• Fluent in German and English.
