Working Student in Customer Care Project & Process Management - Remote

Overview

At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform "Heartbeat" and creating a virtual power plant that connects photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, and charging stations for customers, significantly increasing the profitability of interconnected customer systems.

In Short

• Support the 1st level in answering complex technical and commercial inquiries as part of the 2nd level.
• Identify process optimizations and implement them under guidance or independently.
• Take on your own projects and manage them from the initial idea to go-live.
• Help expand and further develop the Customer Care system landscape regarding automation and AI.
• Assist in service provider management.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a German university for at least two semesters and can support us for 15-20 hours per week.
• Have initial experience in project and process management and can drive topics independently.
• Communicative and empathetic, able to convince people of your ideas.
• Desire to leave your personal footprint rather than just completing tasks.
• Fluent in German and English.
