Working Student – Customer Success Management Marketplace - Remote

Overview

The Working Student in Customer Success Management will support the Belgian Marketplace team in managing and expanding relationships with sellers, playing a key role in helping them succeed on the platform.

In Short

• Support marketplace sellers by answering questions and sharing relevant information.
• Improve seller performance through data, feedback, and structured communication.
• Assist in the product approval process in collaboration with internal teams.
• Contribute to projects focused on automation and scaling of operational processes.
• Maintain and update documentation to efficiently support team processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth seller experience.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Some practical experience (e.g., through an internship or part-time job) in marketing.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (knowledge of French or German is a plus).
• Ability to work independently, structured, and perform tasks accurately.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with various stakeholders.
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a team.
• Willing to come to the office in Cologne once a month.
