Overview

As a Customer Success Manager for the Marketplace, you will lead our sellers to success and play a significant role in building, developing, and growing our company.

• Drive marketplace activities within the company in the German market.
• Develop strategies to support and optimize partner performance.
• Act as the first point of contact for partners regarding inquiries.
• Create regular analyses based on relevant KPIs to ensure goal achievement.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business, marketing, or e-commerce, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in marketplace or e-commerce sectors.
• Strategic thinking ability and ideally experience in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Enjoy working with data.
• Willingness to take responsibility and enthusiasm for marketplaces.
• Strong communication skills and relationship management with stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
