In Short

• Lead and develop the Technical Integration / Seller Onboarding team.
• Responsible for strategic development of technical seller onboarding.
• Steer performance through KPIs, reports, and business reviews.
• Own the seller experience within onboarding.
• Act as a central interface between Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Make prioritization and resource allocation decisions.
• Identify structural weaknesses and drive end-to-end optimizations.

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable qualification in business, IT, e-commerce, or related field.
• Several years of experience in a strategic leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling complex processes and teams.
• Strong understanding of technical systems and data-driven performance management.
• Confident collaboration with Product and Tech teams.
• Excellent structuring of complex topics and decision driving.
• Strong stakeholder and expectation management skills.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
