Overview

As a Marketing & Partner Operations Lead at Fundraise Up, you will be responsible for optimizing partner workflows and enhancing attribution models to drive revenue impact.

In Short

  • Own and optimize PartnerStack for partner referrals and deal registrations.
  • Develop automated lead distribution and attribution workflows.
  • Manage HubSpot-to-Salesforce integrations for seamless data flow.
  • Implement UTM tracking for accurate source attribution.
  • Develop multi-touch attribution models in Salesforce.
  • Automate marketing performance tracking for clear attribution.
  • Enhance ABM workflows for personalized engagement.
  • Manage inbound lead distribution with Chili Piper.
  • Optimize lead routing logic for high-intent leads.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Partnership, Marketing, or Revenue Operations.
  • Experience in Tech for Good SaaS, especially in the nonprofit sector.
  • Expertise in Workato and automated workflows.
  • Proficiency in UTM tracking and attribution modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with Chili Piper.
  • Experience managing Crossbeam for partner data sharing.
  • Strong ABM experience in personalized outreach.
  • HubSpot Admin Certification or extensive HubSpot experience.
  • Experience with product-led and partner-led growth models.
