In Short

  • Manage the end-to-end lead management process, including lead capture, qualification, and distribution to the sales team.
  • Identify gaps in the lead funnel process; use data and automation to increase both the quantity and quality of the marketing-generated pipeline.
  • Be responsible for all aspects of lead & account scoring, supporting routing, and handling monitoring.
  • Data Analysis and Enrichment: Capture, review and analyze revenue-generating activities.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to develop and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Own the execution of key cross-functional funnel initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to develop, optimize, and deliver change management for the GTM team.
  • Provide ad hoc support related to Funnel tooling and processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the marketing technology stack.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing and revenue operations experience at a B2B software company.
  • 3+ years experience owning marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Lean Data, Salesloft, Marketo and ZoomInfo.
  • Familiarity with ABM a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Experience with process optimization and automation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven track record of driving results and delivering measurable impact.
  • Well organized, self-driven individual.
