In Short

• Responsible for product vision and strategic decisions impacting multiple lines of business.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process of major features and iterations.
• Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process.
• Drive cross-functional teams to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals.
• Develop vision and strategy for the team, proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues.
• Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience shipping software.
• Experience working on a Marketplace business and Operations teams is a plus.
• Strong customer compassion and ability to blend user research with data.
• Data-driven with SQL skills to drive strategic decisions.
• Technical skills to inform and evaluate engineering decisions.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ownership mentality and willingness to roll up sleeves.
